Long wait but the good is so good it's worth it!

First time eating here and the cashier warned us to make sure we had everything before we left. Thank you for your customer service ma'am. We never got her name but we ended going around to her two more times to get our order right. The food was quite tasty. Thank you to whoever the cashier was!

All I can say is steak bombs!!!!

BEST WINGS IN KINGSPORT.

I wouldn't waste my money on this place again have a surcharge due to the pandemic and we got to steak bomb sandwiches that normally cost around 18 bucks but this time it cost 34 yeah I know they claim they a meat shortage but that is just a little extreme and didn't get nowhere near what we normally even get on the sandwich anyways was the worst experience I have ever had at purple cow and no I won't be back that was the last time

The cow has always had great food. Just wish they would open another place. Used to go to Webber City twice a week. Didn't have the line Stone Drive does. But a great place to eat. Very well worth the waite..

Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming on your lunch break because of the amount of time it takes to receive your food. But if you are off work and have about 30 minutes to spare to sit in line, You'll find that the food is good.

Excellent two years ago. But every visit lately order has been wrong. Like today asked for lettuce tomato onion mayo on 3 cheeseburgers. None had mayo.

Only....ONLY joynt in town that least "does a pretty decent job of serving 'BIG CITY' specialities (i.e.: Polish, Gyro, etc).

Friendly staff, so many flavors and choices, all wonderful.

The food at the Purple Cow is fantastic! It's drive through only. They have excellent sandwiches, subs, desserts and milkshakes. They have a large selection of dinner meals. They have different assorted HUGE baked potatoes and many different delicious sides. My personal favorite is their chef salad! I have been going there for years and have never been disappointed! The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. The service is quick and precise. I would highly recommend the Purple Cow! They definitely have something for EVERYONE!

Went by there and ordered some Steak Bombs, and some Reese’s cheesecakes. She reached her hand out to hand me the cheesecakes, and she dropped them and went under my car . They REFUSED to give me what SHE dropped. I had to pay for them again, so I ended up spending 50$ because they wouldn’t replace what they messed up. I do NOT recommend this place, with the backwards and rude employees! ALSO!!! I tried to call them MULTIPLE times afterwards, to speak to the manager, and they NEVER answer the phone. I called about 15 times. To hell with this place.

I tried to call the place 5 times and got no answer. This was after I already went through the drive thru and they forgot some of my food. I decided to talk to the cashier who was ringing me up she was really nice but she told me they didn't have time to answer the phone.

First time seeing or eating at a Purple Cow, both my husband an I really enjoyed the steak & cheese sub with fresh mushrooms and onions. They use real steak and shred it themselves. Friendly staff as well but may not wanna talk about how much or what you eat when you're blazed I think was his exact words. Other than that all else was GREAT!

Food is always great, but the line is quiet slow. When we first went the man taking our order was extremely ride... As we were new comers we asked was was popular.... He replied "erything" in a ride and quiet annoying tone, other than that we've never had a problem 10 out of 10 would recommend though.😊

The food was great would recommend but the guy with the moon tattoo taking orders talked so much I couldn't think about what I wanted. Be friendly, that's great, but some people don't like being talked to about every item on the menu and just want a minute to think.

It's really good food...... But I personally think it's more time effective to call in your order and pick it up, if it's open, it's usually lined out on the road! No joke! I called it in, pulled in the parking lot and they brought it out before 2 cases got through!!!

Great service and food . Everytime I go here I am greeted with a smile and the food is always good . In my opinion the owner should really consider opening up a second restaurant .

I love purple cow but there steak bombs aren't as good as they used to be. They don't have as much meat either? We used to come once a week but now it's more like once a year. Last time we ordered a full with everything and it didn't have all the toppings and about half the meat they used to put on the subs. We haven't been back.. We used to spend about $40+ on full subs, onion rings, a kids meal and milk shakes.. We still come here but not as often as we used to.. I used to think the prices were so reasonable for the amount of food you get but now the portions are smaller. 4 stars because the food is still tasty!!! 3 years ago I'd give them 10 stars!!

Best fast food place in Kingsport TN. A menu that's a mile long and every bit of it is absolutely amazing. Fast and friendly, great food. What more can you ask for?

0 Stars!!! This USED to be a GREAT place with excellent food & awesome customer service! I used to brag to EVERYONE about how great they were! Now they NEVER answer their phone so you can't even place to-go orders so the ONLY option is to go to their tiny parking lot that doesn't have enough room to fit the traffic so you have to hang out in the main road! Apparently they have gotten too money hungry and/or don't care about their customers anymore so have just thrown ALL customer service efforts out the window! I will now be spreading word of how DISAPPOINTING this place is now!!!

This was my first time eating at Purple Cow and must say the double cheeseburger, fries and shake were excellent.In my opinion, my burger was the best burger I've had in quite a while. It was almost like it was homemade.I'll definitely be back!

Good food! They don't have good customer service and they do not answer the phone so if if you offer delivery or take out you need to answer the phone also don't take 45 min to deliver!

Amazing food but long wait

Purple Cow is my favorite burger and shake stop in town. I've been eating here since before I can remember. The burgers are always delicious, the buns are always fresh, and the milkshakes are the "bomb." Sometimes they have a long line but the food is well worth the wait.

Hit the spot. Entertaining and helpful staff. Tasty food. Excellent milkshake options. Peach cheesecake is something I wouldn't have gotten probably anywhere else because the combination is rarely offered at the same time.

Great food! Steak and Hawaiian chicken bomb beats any sub u can get at any of the specialty sub places like Subway or jersey Mike's. Plus alot of other great food. It's a one restaurant business and they are too of the line. I would take a Hawaiian chicken bomb over any sub at any place. Highly recommend.

Shakes were GREAT! BETTER than Dairy Queen and less expensive. We had the Steak Bomb and the Pepper Jack Bacon Burger. Both were AWESOME! Great flavor and great price. This was our 1st visit and we had many questions and your staff was WONDERFUL! Will be back again.

HUGE assortment of good fast food. Literally anything you can think of.. The broccoli cheddar bites are delicious!!
